NOWINGUS is an experimental and often sample-based artist from Sydney, Australia. He runs Glitch City with Apophallation. NOWINGUS started as a noise project but more often produces indescribable electronic music from samples and noises. He is in the bit-noise group It's Hard It's Hard, providing noise and effects. He is also in the collage collective Chinese Church.
